Step 1: Find Products

Enter a product URL into the Joyagoo search bar, or browse using keywords or images. You can access listings from platforms such as Taobao, Tmall, JD, 1688, Yupoo, and Weidian.

If a direct search fails (for example with Yupoo stores, WeChat sellers, or Xianyu listings), you can use the “DIY Order” option to manually submit product details and place your order.

Step 2: Submit Your Order

Choose your preferred style, size, color, and quantity, then add the item to your cart or proceed to checkout.

Step 3: Complete Payment

Pay using your selected payment method. This includes the item cost plus any domestic shipping fees within China.

Note: Payments are transferred to the seller. Returns or exchanges are handled between buyer and seller directly, while Joyagoo may assist as a communication intermediary when needed.

Step 4: Order Status (Processing → Purchased)

After payment, the order will show as “Processing.” Joyagoo agents will purchase the item on your behalf. Once completed, the status updates to “Purchased,” and you can request updates anytime.

Step 5: Seller Dispatch (Shipped by Seller)

When the seller ships the item, the status changes to “Shipped by Seller.” The parcel is then sent to the Joyagoo warehouse, usually within a few days, though delays may occur. Support can help track the shipment if necessary.

Step 6: Warehouse Arrival & QC Review (Arrived → QC Completed)

Once the item reaches the warehouse, Joyagoo performs a quality inspection and uploads QC photos to your order page.

You have 5 days after QC completion to request a return or exchange. After this period, eligibility depends on the seller’s policy.

Step 7: Free Storage Period (Stored)

Items can be stored in the warehouse free of charge for up to 90 days. Extended storage is available for an additional fee if needed.

Step 8: Package Creation & International Shipping

When ready, select your items, enter shipping details, choose a shipping method, and pay for international delivery.

• Submit Parcel: Pay an estimated shipping fee first; final charges are adjusted after packing

• Rehearsal Shipping: Pay a 20 CNY fee for pre-packaging and a more accurate shipping estimate

Optional services such as extra packaging, repacking, or insurance can be added before shipment.

Step 9: Coupons & Final Shipping Cost

Apply available coupons to reduce shipping fees (only one coupon per order).

Shipping costs depend on package weight, size, destination, and carrier. Final charges may be adjusted after packing, with differences either refunded or additionally billed.

Step 10: Track Your Shipment

Use your account tracking section to monitor delivery progress in real time.

Important: International shipping may be affected by delays, customs inspections, taxes, or rare risks such as loss or damage. Joyagoo does not control logistics or customs but provides support when issues arise. Insurance options are available for added protection.

Step 11: Delivery & Feedback

After receiving your parcel, you can leave a review or click “Claim Reward” on the product or order page if available.
